Whether it’s a few shirts, a weekly basket, workwear or the whole family pile, everything is professionally pressed and returned ready to wear.

I’m based in Little Plumstead on the edge of Norwich, with flexible drop-off and collection by appointment, plus local collection and delivery within 5 miles. Your preferences, folded or on hangers, are noted and remembered for every order.

How quickly will my ironing be ready?

The standard service is returned within 72 hours. A 24-hour express service is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Can I drop off and collect my ironing myself?

Yes. Drop-off and collection in Little Plumstead is available by appointment, so you can choose a time that suits you.

Will my clothes come back folded or on hangers?

Whichever you prefer. Your preference is recorded so future orders come back the same way. Reusable hangers are provided; please return them with your next order, as replacement hangers are charged at 10p each. Hung garments are protected in eco-friendly covers.

Do my clothes need to be washed first?

Yes. Please make sure all garments are freshly laundered before collection or drop-off.
